1、 Ambrosia: Wear-Resistant, Soft, Comfortable and Economical.

Conventional fabric doesn’t have all the above characteristics. Woven cloth is wearable, but not as soft and comfortable as Ambrosia. Traditional carpet fibers may be soft and comfortable; however they generally do not have the level of durability of Ambrosia. For example: conventional carpet fabric resistance using a double friction Wyzenbeck test reaches 9,000 to 25,000; while Ambrosia’s durability using the same method will reach 90,000 to 150,000. The result: Ambrosia’s wear resistance is more than five times as durable and can greatly extend its service life and reduce replacement costs.

2、Ambrosia: highly breathable, light weight.

We are very selective in the choice of raw materials we use in our production process. Domestic manufacturers cannot compare with Ambrosia’s high durability and its breathability compared to conventional products. Ambrosia is light weight, which is ideal for transport vehicles such as aircraft, ships, autos and trains. This weight reduction subsequently reduces fuel consumption, lowers waste and air emissions, which benefits the environment. For example: In the aviation industry, reducing aircraft weight by one pound can save over $500,000 in fuel costs over the life of the aircraft. A typical aircraft that can hold 100 passengers, Ambrosia can save millions of dollars on fuel consumption.

3、Ambrosia: Healthy, Environment Friendly

Chinese manufacturers typically use oil-based adhesives, which have high concentrations of formaldehyde and can produce serious toxic odors. This is apparent not only in the production process, but these toxins can cause environmental pollution, damage workers health, and may cause other health related damage to its users. Ambrosia is completely environmentally friendly. Ambrosia is manufactured using our exclusively formulated water-based adhesives designed to minimize the effects of harmful formaldehyde gases. Ambrosia products contain no more than 22ppm (parts per million), which is much lower than the ≤ 300ppm standards set by China’s Textile Department for upholstered fabrics. Ambrosia meets and even surpasses the product standards set for infants and children in US. All of our products are created to meet or exceed environmental standards.　

4、Ambrosia: Variety and Colors

Ambrosia produces a variety of products. Our products come with flame retardant, anti-stain, anti-bacteria, mildew-proof and anti-static properties. We can also produce a custom treatment to meet customers’ requirements. According to “Code for Fire Prevention in Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings GB 50222-95”, we determine the product fire-retardancy level based on the following data:

After testing by a highly-recognized lab, Ambrosia meets and passed all B1 levels. The electrostatic potential in Ambrosia carpet tiles or fabric is < 200v, which is ideal for those delicate applications where static electricity caused by friction can disrupt highly sensitive machinery and technology. According to China’s standards on Static Flocking Fabrics-F2/T64011-2001 codes, peak electrical potential should be ≤ 2000v. All Ambrosia products are manufactured to meet or surpass required standards.

5、 Ambrosia: Standard Inspection Procedure

All of Ambrosia’s products go through 3 quality inspections. Our experienced quality control staff will conduct an initial inspection using a computerized testing system to check for wear resistance, colorfastness, product weight (base, adhesive and flock weight), and thickness uniformity. Each fabric roll will then go through a second inspection. Our trained QC engineers are trained to check color pattern symmetry, pattern repetition and spot defects not visible by the human eye. A third random inspection is conducted to ensure that each product we manufacture meets our demanding and exact customer standards; if not, we issue a production reject. For critical orders that need special attention, we will employ a highly-recognized third party lab to test and obtain a certificate to ensure product quality.
